Wheel Alignments are Back
Call to have your Mercedes-Benz wheel alignment carried out..Please Note that we are not able to quote on a wheel alignment, as every car is different, and will be charged at our hourly rate. Some cars may also need Adjustment pins fitted to correct issues with Camber and Caster. These are also at additional expense, but you can be assured that the alignment will be done correctly and precisely

We are Water Wise
At F.W.Graunke, we are committed to the environment in which we live, so we have just installed a 22,500 litre water tank to catch rainwater for car washing. All we need now is some rain.

Apprentice Jed Frazer wins Burt Stevens Award
Our 3rd year Apprentice, Jed Frazer, has been awarded with the Burt Stevens award courtesy of Box Hill Rotary Club and Box Hill TAFE.
Apparently, Burt Stevens was one of those people who could do anything with his hands and was a good all rounder, much like our Jed. Congratulations Jed, we knew you could do it.

Video Assistance now available to customers with video phones.
If you have a concern regarding your Mercedes Benz, and would like to get some advice, sometimes it is much easier to assist you if we can see your concern. If this is the case, it may help to know that you can call Rolf on 0408 592 630 with your video phone and show him exactly what you mean. Online interactive user manuals are now available to view on the Mercedes Benz Australia website. These cover current model cars and are well worth the look. To view them, go to the Mercedes Benz Australia website , and click on the link at the left hand side of the for Online User manuals. Note that these a German manuals, and may have different features to Australian Delivered vehicles.
